Helping the Helpers of Hurting People

From time to time Susan and Gordon put on a 7 hour Saturday seminar designed to assist those who would help hurting people.

The usual format is to have four sessions, two before lunch and two after with coffee breaks between each session.

Some of the topics addressed include —

• Understanding the initial responses to tragedy
• Transitional issues
• Coping devices for the long term

  Personal testimonies from people in pain are also included.
